Assured Care is a small group of care homes operating in Sussex. We operate two residential care homes in Worthing, West Sussex
We purchased our first home in 2004 with the aspiration of changing the culture within the field of dementia and elderly care. This was achieved by recruiting an expert team who have developed their knowledge and skills by working alongside other related community organisations and utilising and implementing up to date research, in order to deliver best practices and an innovative and personalised care package for each person. This has enabled individuals in the homes to continue to lead fulfilling and happy lives with a focus on what an individual can achieve rather than what they can no longer do. ‘This we believe is the foundation of person-centred care.
We are also committed to a sustainable future and to improving the social, economic and environmental well-being of the community. We are reducing our carbon footprint through LED and sensor-controlled lighting, and Solar PV.
